The deposit conversation at the end of a tenancy usually comes down to a handful of specific things: the oven, the grout, limescale on taps and shower screens, marks inside cupboards, and whether the property has been left properly clean rather than just tidied. End of tenancy cleaning is built directly around that checklist, because it's the same one most Dublin landlords and letting agents work from.

This is a job for tenants preparing to hand back keys, and increasingly for landlords and letting agents themselves, who book the same service between tenants to bring a property up to a lettable standard before new tenants view it. Either way, the scope doesn't change — a full clean of every room, with particular attention to the areas an inspection is most likely to focus on.

It's worth being clear about what a clean can and can't do: we can restore surfaces, remove limescale and degrease appliances, but we can't repair damage, replace worn fittings, or guarantee a specific deposit outcome, since that decision sits with the landlord or agent, not with us.

Why MirroClean

What stays consistent, visit to visit

Built around the actual checklist

Oven, grout, limescale and cupboard interiors are treated as standard, not add-ons, because they're what most inspections focus on.

Honest about limits

We won't tell you a clean will guarantee your deposit back — that's a landlord's decision. What we can promise is that the property is left properly clean.

Works for both sides of the tenancy

Tenants and landlords both book this service, often for the same property at different points in the same handover.

Clear scope in writing

You'll have a confirmed list of what's included before the visit, so there's a record of what was agreed if it's ever needed later.

Service options

However often you need it

One-off end-of-tenancy visit

A single, thorough clean timed to a move-out date or lease end — this is a one-time service by nature.

Pricing

A price based on your property, not a flat rate

Pricing depends on the size of the property, the number of bathrooms and its current condition. Request a quote with your move-out date and we'll confirm a price before booking.

FAQ

Questions worth asking before you book

Will this guarantee I get my deposit back?

No cleaning service can guarantee that, since the decision sits with your landlord or letting agent and can depend on factors beyond cleaning, such as damage or missing items. What we can commit to is leaving the property properly clean against the checklist most inspections use.

What's included that a regular clean doesn't cover?

Oven degreasing, grout scrubbing, limescale removal from taps and shower screens, and cleaning inside cupboards and wardrobes are all included as standard — these are the areas a routine clean usually skips but an inspection typically checks.

Can landlords or letting agents book this directly?

Yes. We regularly work with landlords and letting agents preparing a property between tenants, as well as tenants booking before they move out.

How far in advance should I book?

As soon as your move-out date is confirmed. End-of-tenancy cleans are often requested for a specific day, so booking early gives the best chance of securing that slot.

Do you clean carpets as part of this service?

Carpet cleaning is available as an add-on rather than included as standard, since not every property has carpets that need it. Mention it when requesting your quote.

What if the property has damage, not just dirt?

Cleaning can't repair damage — holes, broken fittings, or worn surfaces need a tradesperson, not a cleaner. We'll clean around any damage and let you know what falls outside the scope.

Is the property empty when you clean it?

Ideally, yes — an empty property lets us reach every surface properly, including behind where furniture used to sit. If some items remain, we'll clean around them.

Can I book this alongside a move-in clean for my next property?

Yes, plenty of clients book an end-of-tenancy clean for the property they're leaving and a move-in clean for the one they're moving into, sometimes in the same week.
